Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts drive memorable and unique stays by taking the initiative to deliver services and assist guests throughout their visit. Whether processing needs, addressing requests, or showcasing local highlights, they are integral in creating positive experiences for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
ensure professionalism in uniform, communication, and personal appearance
maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
uphold quality standards
follow company policies and procedures
create a safe workplace
perform hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance or 100 pounds with assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification
