The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors and guests. This role will also assist the facilities team and Executives with various tasks and projects as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience for all visitors, guests, and employees
Manage front desk operations, including screening visitors and vendors
Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain employee rosters, badges, lockers, nameplates, and recognition displays
Support building operations by assisting vendors and ensuring lobby health and safety standards
Monitor office supply inventory and submit accurate orders to facilities leadership
Coordinate food orders, deliveries, and pickups for meetings, trainings, and events
Assist with event planning and facilitation across departments
Support recruiting efforts by coordinating candidate interviews and onboarding logistics
Coordinate new hire materials with HR, L& D, IT, and Facilities
Prepare, present, and ship branded materials, business cards, and related items
Process FedEx invoices and conduct research as requested
Provide meeting minutes and support departmental projects as needed
Participate in emergency assistance efforts and comply with required training
Perform additional duties as assigned
