Job Responsibility:
Perform routine admin tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier arrangements
Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
Assist with scheduling and coordination of basic internal meetings
Support simple procurement tasks
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
Answer phone calls professionally and direct enquiries to the right person
Welcome and register visitors, creating a positive first impression
Ensure the reception and common areas are tidy, organised, and presentable
Assist in organising internal activities such as staff birthday celebrations, team lunches, or small gatherings
Support event coordination, simple budgeting, and setup
Source and arrange catering, decorations, and basic event materials
Requirements:
Proficient in English (speak, read and write)
Must have experience front desk, and admin / office support
