Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking talented receptionists to step into the spotlight as the welcoming face of vibrant organizations. As a receptionist, you’ll ensure visitors, clients, and employees feel valued while keeping daily operations running smoothly. The role involves administrative tasks, client interactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests, clients, and colleagues with friendly professionalism as you manage front desk operations
Answer and direct calls, respond to emails, and ensure important messages get where they need to go
Juggle appointments, meetings, and schedules like a pro, helping coworkers stay on track and on top of their game
Tackle administrative tasks like managing office supplies, processing mail, and keeping records up to date
Be a problem-solver and positivity champion for clients and visitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems
Familiarity with switchboard operations and handling calls across 1-10 lines
Strong ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and courteously
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
