Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems
Familiarity with switchboard operations and handling calls across 1-10 lines
Strong ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and courteously
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
