Job Responsibility
Welcome clients, vendors, and other visitors while maintaining an organized and efficient front office environment
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages and routing inquiries promptly
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate team members
Monitor office inventory levels and coordinate the purchase of supplies to ensure daily operations remain uninterrupted
Provide general administrative support by assisting with routine clerical tasks and helping staff with front desk needs
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external contacts to support efficient office coordination.
Requirements
At least 3 years of recent experience in a receptionist or front desk position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls on a multi-line or switchboard phone system
Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable communication style
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting
Dependable work ethic and a collaborative approach to working with others.
