Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately while maintaining a courteous and organized front-desk presence
Enter information into company systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Prepare, organize, and update routine reports to support office operations
Answer general inquiries and provide helpful assistance to guests and internal team members
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, document handling, and office coordination
Maintain orderly reception and common areas to ensure a positive first impression
Support additional clerical and administrative assignments as priorities change
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and consistency
Comfortable using computers, standard office software, and digital record systems
Effective customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable communication style
Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a busy office setting
Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic for a contract assignment
