We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, while providing vital administrative support to the HR department. Job Responsibility:
Serve as the welcoming face of the organization by greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing permits, and preparing documents
Collaborate with the People Development team to enroll employees in training programs and ensure training records are accurately updated
Process and track sales permits, including applications, renewals, and compliance documentation
Respond to employee requests and inquiries, escalating issues as needed
Support HR projects and initiatives by managing logistics and ensuring timely execution
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR information
Assist with office coordination tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
Strong organizational skills and reliability in handling administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel for daily work activities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented approach and excellent customer service skills as the front desk representative
Ability to remain calm and service-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Experience in roles combining HR coordination, reception duties, and office administration
Effective communication skills to handle inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams
