Job Responsibility
Greet visitors and create a positive first impression by providing courteous and efficient front-desk support
Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, directing each inquiry to the appropriate person or department
Handle switchboard activity accurately across several phone lines while maintaining a calm and efficient approach during high call volume periods
Receive and respond to inbound calls with clear communication, taking messages when needed and relaying information promptly
Support day-to-day reception coverage on a part-time schedule while maintaining consistent service standards
Keep the reception area organized and presentable to ensure a welcoming office environment
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as message logging, call tracking, and general front-office coordination
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk support role
Demonstrated ability to operate a multi-line phone system or switchboard effectively
Experience managing inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service skills
Clear verbal communication skills and a confident, courteous phone presence
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office setting
