Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Midland, Texas. This Contract to permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual individual passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at a trucking center.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome and assist visitors with courtesy and attention to detail
Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests
Manage and operate the cash drawer, ensuring accurate transactions
Process payments through cash, credit card, or check methods
Complete special assignments and tasks as directed by management
Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, including answering, transferring calls, and taking messages
Maintain a pleasant and detail-oriented phone demeanor at all times
Perform accurate data entry to support administrative processes
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base
Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service skills with a pleasant and detail-oriented demeanor
Experience in cash handling and payment processing
Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Familiarity with effective phone etiquette and communication techniques
