Job Responsibility:
Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the office
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
Ensure the waiting area and reception desk are clean and organised
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Managing the diary of 5 clinicians
