We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for an IT software company in Exton, Pennsylvania. Job Responsibility
Welcome visitors, provide front desk support, and ensure a positive first impression for employees, candidates, and guests
Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate team members in a timely manner
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records, files, and administrative documentation
Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, to update spreadsheets, track information, and support routine office reporting needs
Coordinate day-to-day reception activities while helping maintain an orderly and efficient office setting
Assist with scheduling, general administrative duties, and other clerical support tasks as needed across the office
Support part-time onsite coverage during the established weekly schedule, with flexibility for three to four days per week
Contribute to smooth office operations by handling basic administrative requests and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support position
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and other standard business applications
Solid basic office skills, including phone etiquette, document handling, and general clerical support
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and courteous approach
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment
Reliable attendance and availability to work onsite for a 24 to 32 hour weekly schedule
