We are looking for a highly motivated 'people person' to serve as the central hub and first point of contact for our clients' busy offices. This role requires more than just greeting—you will be the organizational face, managing crucial communications, providing essential administrative support, and quickly solving problems.
Job Responsibility:
Greeting and directing visitors, clients, or employees
Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings
Providing general administrative support to the team
Managing mail and courier services
Creating and maintaining filing systems for documents and records
Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist is required
Professional and courteous demeanor
Outstanding verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel)
Ability to handle a high-paced work environment
Strong typing and data entry skills
