We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Hollywood, Florida. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, as you will be the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist clients and visitors with courtesy
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment
Coordinate lunch arrangements and support light administrative duties as needed
Prepare and manage shipping labels using FedEx or similar services
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and electronic
Schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars for team members
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure availability
Uphold company standards in appearance and conduct while representing the organization
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates a detail-oriented approach and positive demeanor
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with shipping and labeling processes, such as FedEx
High attention to detail and reliability
