We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Mequon, Wisconsin. As the first point of contact for patients and guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and detail-oriented environment while managing essential front desk operations. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of service.
Job Responsibility:
Greet patients and guests warmly, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming experience
Handle multi-line phone systems, answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately
Schedule patient appointments, organize provider schedules, and maintain accurate records using the clinic's computer system
Assist patients with their inquiries regarding services, payments, and general information
Process payments, issue receipts, and perform daily deposit reconciliation
Maintain and organize the front desk area to optimize efficiency and ensure a seamless patient experience
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Scan and file medical records and reports promptly and accurately
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry standards
Support the Clinic Manager with special projects and additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or front desk operations
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and scheduling software
Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Detail-oriented approach and a well-presented personal image
Basic data entry and organizational skills
