We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to support daily front desk operations for a growing organization. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, staying organized, and assisting across multiple administrative functions. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for visitors and internal teams while helping keep office activities running smoothly.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a courteous and detail-oriented presence while managing the front desk experience
Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings to support efficient scheduling for team members and shared spaces
Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail to maintain timely office communication
Prepare and submit expense-related documentation and provide administrative assistance with reporting tasks
Support company events by helping with logistics, coordination details, and general organizational needs
Oversee kitchen supplies and work with service providers or vendors to help maintain an orderly office environment
Provide flexible administrative support across the office and assist with day-to-day operational needs as they arise
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a corporate receptionist or front desk administrative role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong scheduling and calendar coordination skills with close attention to detail
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with visitors and staff
Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and responsive in a fast-paced office setting
