Our client is in need of a receptionist to their team in San Antonio, area. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative support. Job Responsibility:
Welcome and direct visitors by gathering pertinent information such as names, nature of business, and the staff member they wish to meet
Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls, and routing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Maintain and replenish office supplies to support daily operations
Assist with data entry tasks related to new loans, cancellation notices, and other administrative processes
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, memos, and business correspondence
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable for visitors
Provide general administrative support to enhance office efficiency and workflow
Serve as a liaison between departments by relaying accurate messages and information
Maintain a composed and attentive demeanor while handling inquiries and resolving minor issues
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist duties, including handling multi-line phone systems
Proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing them appropriately
Familiarity with administrative office tasks such as data entry and supply management
Ability to handle switchboard operations for 1-10 phone lines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and staff
Experience in producing marketing materials and business correspondence is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a contract position within a fast-paced environment
