Receptionist

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
• answer and manage incoming calls, providing accurate information or transferring calls as needed
• handle incoming mail by sorting and distributing it to the correct recipients
• maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable
• support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records
• assist with special projects or tasks as required by the organization
• provide excellent customer service to all clients, donors, and stakeholders
• coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles
• strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach
• ability to manage incoming mail and distribute it accurately
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment
• organizational skills to maintain an orderly reception area
• ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• familiarity with non-profit organizations is a plus but not required
