Our client, a respected non-profit organization, is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a mission-driven environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Manage front desk operations, including handling mail and maintaining a tidy reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and recordkeeping
Support staff with office supply orders and organizational needs
Uphold confidentiality and represent the organization’s values at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred, ideally in a non-profit setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with office equipment
Positive attitude and commitment to supporting the organization’s mission
