We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This individual will greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly. The position starts 5/23/2026
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage
Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous receptionist or front desk experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable answering phone calls and communicating clearly
Must be flexible to work weekends
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
