Job Responsibility:
Greet patients courteously and professionally
manage patient flow at the front desk
Check patients in/out, verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays
Accurately enter and maintain patient records in the EHR
ensure HIPAA confidentiality
Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and secure messaging
Answer multi-line phones and triage administrative inquiries
Support clinical staff with basic administrative tasks and coordination
Requirements:
MediClear certification (or equivalent credential) is required
Prior medical office, urgent care, or clinic front-desk experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
reliable and detail-oriented
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and basic medical terminology
Must be able to pass background and employment verification checks
