You will work as part of a team providing a high level of service to the patients and employees and will require the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment. Job Responsibility:
Covering the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times
Take clear and concise messages
Communicating all messages promptly and accurately
Provide administrative support to the Manager
Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
General reception duties as and when required
