Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist clients at the front desk to provide a welcoming and attentive experience
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for tax staff
Perform accurate data entry to organize and maintain client records
Proofread and review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Conduct general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and route them appropriately
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
Support team members with administrative tasks to optimize office workflows
Requirements:
Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles
Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-volume data entry
Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
Familiarity with general office equipment such as scanners and photocopiers
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations
Availability to work part-time hours during the contract period
