Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and provide assistance with inquiries in a courteous and attentive manner
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
Perform accurate data entry tasks, including numeric and text-based information
Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and retrieval
Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to facilitate smooth operations
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries promptly
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members alike
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
