Norse Group is currently looking to recruit a professional and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our business. This is a fixed term contract, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors and clients
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently, taking accurate messages and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly
Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively and appointments are coordinated efficiently
Handle incoming and outgoing post, emails, and deliveries in a timely manner
Requirements:
Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, courteous, and confident manner
Strong telephone manner with the ability to handle enquiries calmly and efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
