An opportunity for two dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionists / Administrators to join a thriving pharmaceutical environment in Winnersh. The job share role involves working morning or afternoon shifts on a fortnightly rota, offering a flexible schedule and a supportive team atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and friendly approach
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
  • Support the team with scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
