Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and stakeholders with warmth and professionalism
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
Manage the front desk area, maintain a clean and organized reception space, and monitor guest check-in and security procedures
Support office operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating conference rooms
Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Provide general support to staff and contribute to special projects and events
Requirements:
1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or customer-service oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient approach
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality
