Job Description:

Receptionists at Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv are guest experience experts responsible for ensuring a smooth and memorable stay for guests, taking a hands-on approach to assist and support guests’ needs while upholding professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
processing operational needs
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing the highlights of the local area
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
