Our client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating positive change in the community, is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team. Your skills in customer service and administration will help set the tone for donors, clients, and guests as they engage with the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Call & Email Handling
  • Visitor Coordination

  • Office Maintenance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with database systems
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in supporting the goals of the nonprofit sector
