You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
Maintain front desk organization and common areas
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1–2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
