Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination
Perform administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Requirements:
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
