Our client is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, answer and direct calls, coordinate office communications, and provide administrative support to help ensure smooth day-to-day office functions. This position is onsite.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain the reception area and ensure it is organized and presentable
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
Support internal teams with general clerical duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and customer service mindset
