Receptionist

• Open and ready the campus systems, lights, and reception completing daily safety walkthroughs and maintaining the Safety and Maintenance logbook
• Manage accurate student sign-ins, conduct required prerequisite and visa eligibility checks, and track weekly online pre-training completions
• Respond to course enquiries, process routine enrolments, withdrawals, and transfers within policy, and log Price Match claims
• Scan and route student records and post in line with strict RTO record-retention standards, and issue hard-copy certificates for full qualifications
• Handle front-counter student payments and payment plans, manage student stock (handbooks/first aid kits), and accurately route incoming calls and customer feedback
• Manage visitor sign-ins and maintain current attendance lists to support emergency and evacuation procedures

• 2 years experience
• Proven front-office or customer-service experience with a professional manner and accurate data entry skills in an RTO environment
• High integrity and strict adherence to records management, confidentiality, and student privacy (APPs)
• Comfort using modern databases
• Previous experience working within an education or RTO setting is a must
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and support the broader training team.

• Prior experience or familiarity with aXcelerate or a similar student management system
