Our legal client is seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for the office. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling calls, greeting clients, and providing administrative support to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with phones and a strong background in excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. Job Responsibility:
Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
Schedule appointments and assist with conference room coordination
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Assist with outgoing correspondence and general office tasks
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
Experience handling phones and providing excellent customer service
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced office
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Dependable, punctual, and professional presentation
