Job Description

The DV Hotels group is looking for a Front Office team member at the Hotel LA VETTA 4 *L. The Reception Team: 1 Manager - Residence manager with reception skills; 2 Receptionists. Hotel La Vetta is located in San Domenico, a town nestled in the heart of the Lepontine Alps, at 1,420 metres above sea level, immersed in one of the most uncontaminated and authentic landscapes of the Piedmont Alpine arc, on a plateau in the Cairasca Valley. Contract from July 1, 2026 - opening to the public from July 5, 2026.

Job Responsibility

Management and registration of arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out)
Management of room requests and reservations
Assistance to guests from arrival to departure
Relationships with various departments and figures working within the facility (room arrangement and cleaning, catering, maintenance, administration, management, etc.)
Work shifts 6 days a week

Requirements

Strong aptitude for welcoming and contact with the public
Ability to work in a team and problem solve
Previous experience in the hotel reception sector of at least 2 years is appreciated, preferably in hotels of the same category
Good level of English
Knowledge of a second language will be an advantage during the selection process
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office work environment
Knowledge and experience in using hotel reservation and sales management systems
Knowledge of the SLOPE management system is an advantage.
