Job Description:

Do you have experience in customer service or administration and are you looking for a job? Do customer contact, administrative tasks and office work motivate you? We have the perfect job for you to start quickly in the East of Montreal.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive visitors and notify the persons concerned of their arrival
  • Enter data into the computer, update lists, databases and documents
  • Answering the telephone, forwarding to the various stakeholders, opening and distributing postal mail and other documents, diary management, email management, filing
  • Enter reports
  • Other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Versatile in tasks related to administration
  • Mastery of the Office suite including Excel
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Dynamism
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
What we offer:
  • Daytime and office hours from Monday to Friday (40h per week)
  • Salary between $40,000 and $45,000 flexible depending on experience
  • In Anjou or Saint-Leonard
  • Dynamic work environment
