Job Description:

As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You’ll manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, maintain office organization, and provide administrative support. Your excellent communication skills and ability to stay organized will be key to ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
  • Manage office appointments and meeting schedules
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing and data entry
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist is required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • High level of communicational skills both verbal and written
