Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications. This role is responsible for maintaining a welcoming office environment while supporting administrative functions that ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel
maintain the front desk area to ensure it is organized, presentable, and operating smoothly
manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
coordinate visitor check-in procedures and maintain visitor logs when required
provide general information to guests and assist with inquiries related to office operations
schedule meetings and manage conference room reservations as needed
perform general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation
support office staff and management with additional clerical or administrative duties as requested
monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
assist with maintaining a professional and efficient office environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional administrative or office training preferred
prior experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
