We are looking for a detail-oriented and welcoming Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Houston, Texas. Every Saturday, 1pm-9pm, $15/hr.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately while maintaining a courteous and welcoming front-desk presence
Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and route messages to the correct team members in a timely manner
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
Assist with general clerical support, including typing correspondence, preparing documents, and using Microsoft Word for routine office tasks
Coordinate front-office activities to help meetings, visitor arrivals, and daily administrative processes run smoothly
Maintain filing systems and ensure information is stored in a clear, accessible, and orderly manner
Provide customer service support by addressing questions courteously and helping resolve basic concerns efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative support role
Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and approachable communication style
Basic office skills, including filing, document preparation, and general clerical support
Accurate data entry abilities with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and confidence using standard office software
Good grammar, written communication, and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized, multitask effectively, and support a busy office environment
