A leading airline company located in Ville Saint-Laurent is seeking a Receptionist to join its team. This position offers great schedule flexibility, ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on operational needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Professional Greeting: Warmly welcome visitors, clients, and business partners upon their arrival
  • Switchboard Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
  • International Customer Support: Respond to general inquiries via phone or email
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, coordinate courier shipments, and perform various data entry or filing tasks
  • Access Control: Monitor the reception area access in compliance with company security protocols

Requirements

  • Bilingualism Essential: Flawless command of both French and English (written and spoken)
