Job Responsibility
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional attitude
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organised
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements
