Job Responsibility:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly first impression
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized
Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and materials as needed
Provide general administrative support to the team, such as handling correspondence and managing appointments
Coordinate deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Address inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency
Communicate effectively with staff and external stakeholders to relay important information
Ensure all office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with basic office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers
Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach in all interactions
High level of reliability and punctuality
