Job Responsibility
Greet customers and construction subcontractors with professionalism
Manage phone calls and direct them efficiently
Perform filing and administrative data entry
Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
Support the business administration team with various office tasks
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer care skills
Intermediate proficiency in English (oral and written)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit
Previous experience in reception or secretarial work
High school diploma completed
Ability to work 100% in person in Saint-Michel
