Our client is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming office environment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Nice to have
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset
Bilingual skills are a plus
