We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Kentucky. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct incoming calls accurately using a multi-line phone system
Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming and courteous demeanor
Ensure visitor security by monitoring access and following established protocols
Provide staff and clients with timely, accurate information as needed
Manage scheduling for conference rooms and coordinate appointments
Process incoming mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Oversee the Post Office account and ensure smooth handling of mail-related tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach
Experience with data entry and maintaining organized records
Ability to handle email correspondence effectively and with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Skilled in organizing files and managing schedules
