Job Responsibility
Front of House: Greet clients warmly, manage incoming calls, offer refreshments, and oversee general reception presentation
Client & Diary Prep: Check daily diaries, prepare engagement packs, and download pre-fill reports for upcoming appointments
Compliance & Admin: Coordinate ASIC statements, maintain business/tax registrations, and liaise with the ATO regarding client accounts and payment plans
Financial Admin: Assist with collating financial statements, processing monthly invoices, managing debtors, and handling weekly banking/petty cash
Team Support: Organise staff birthday celebrations and provide ad-hoc support to the Managing Director and Office Manager
Requirements
A True Multitasker: You easily juggle 2 or 3 things at once and can smoothly transition between tasks without losing focus
An Eager Learner: You don’t need a finance background, but you must be sharp, proactive, and genuinely want to learn our industry
Detail-Oriented & Personable: Highly accurate with admin (like ASIC or client follow-ups) paired with a warm, welcoming phone and face-to-face manner
Small Business Fit: You thrive in an agile environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves to help. (Experience with ASIC or Xero is a bonus)
