Job Responsibility

Greet visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel
answer and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring calls are routed accurately and efficiently
utilize an intercom system to facilitate communication within the office
provide administrative support and handle miscellaneous receptionist duties as needed
monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable
coordinate parking validations for guests and employees as required
manage daily schedules, including breaks and lunch timings, to ensure desk coverage
respond promptly to inbound calls and provide accurate information or direct calls to the right department
assist with additional office tasks based on evolving needs
collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
