Job Description:

A prestigious financial services firm in Honolulu, Hawaii, is looking for a polished and detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide a positive first impression for clients.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome clients in person and over the phone
Answer and screen all incoming calls
Schedule and confirm client meetings
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and preparing reports
Monitor front desk supplies and office inventory
Assist with travel arrangements for executives and team members
Maintain discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years in a receptionist, administrative, or front-facing role
Experience in the finance, banking, or professional services industry is preferred
High school diploma required
associate degree or business-related coursework is a plus
High attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with CRM systems or data software is a bonus
Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and communication style
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
