Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Gillingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and a variety of admin duties.
Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls from customers and manage the switchboard
Coordinate appointments and manage the diary
Welcome customers into the business and assist with their queries
Manage admin duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying etc
Liaise with internal teams
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Customer Service/Reception role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction is key
A proactive approach and can multi-task
A team player who enjoys working in a busy environment
