As the Receptionist, you'll be the go-to person for all things office related and will report to an incredibly supportive Office Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Managing bookings and setting up meeting rooms to ensure everything runs smoothly. Assisting with monthly invoicing and reconciliation of expenses. Planning and coordinating fun office events to keep the team engaged. Ordering stationery and office supplies to keep everything stocked. Organise travel arrangements for directors. Providing general administrative support.

Requirements:
Previous experience as an office administrator, office coordinator, receptionist, retail assistant, customer service representative or administrator is a must
Previous experience with MS Office
A keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
