Job Responsibility:
Operate and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring all incoming calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately
Provide attentive and courteous front desk support, creating a welcoming environment for visitors
Handle inbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries or transferring them to the correct department
Maintain accurate records and documentation using systems such as PowerSchool
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the office
Coordinate communication between departments and relay messages in a timely manner
Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times
Manage switchboard operations with up to 10 phone lines effectively
Deliver excellent customer service while addressing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems
Proficiency in using tools like PowerSchool or similar software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Familiarity with switchboard operations handling up to 10 lines
Prior experience in managing inbound calls and providing customer service
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
